The project

We’ve had a great working relationship with our friends at GRID through the years. Recently they came to us wanting to make changes to how they presented themselves online, both the product and the company itself.

The project involved a brand update with a new color palette and typeface, and an overall techier look & feel reflecting their new positioning in the market.

Two sides

The new website needed to address two separate needs; to present the company itself to investors and potential future employees and partners, while also being product-focused.

We split the site into a light, airy and colorful part for the company and workplace, and gave the product part a darker, more tech-focused design.

Flexible and future-proof

As part of the brand refresh, we created an illustration system based on the engine underpinning GRID's main product. The graphics can be used in both light-mode and dark depending on the context.

The website itself is built on Dato CMS and designed in such a way that it’s easy to update and expand upon as the company grows and develops further.
